Sanctuary Care is a nationwide, not-for-profit organisation whose undeniable passion is to enrich the lives of its residents and staff to deliver person-centred care.
Sanctuary truly understands that care is personal so it’s no surprise that they are constantly recognised for the great work they do – most recently in the ‘Top 20 Large Care Home Group 2022’ from carehome.co.uk.
On a mission to drive interest in jobs available around the UK and to change perceptions around working in care, Sanctuary has tasked the team at HDY Agency to boost its recruitment program countrywide through social media and digital channels to reach new audiences. The goal is to onboard new recruits within the next 12 months, while retaining current employees, showing them off as advocates of Sanctuary Care homes.
Part of the approach is to strengthen and develop a strong employee value proposition strategy which will help shape and uncover the value, purpose and story behind a career as a carer with Sanctuary Care.
