HDY teams up with Coventry City of Culture

It’s no secret that we love the Midlands. It’s where our business was born and where our diverse team of creatives live. So we were beside ourselves with excitement when we were recently selected as a preferred supplier for Coventry City of Culture 2021’s production company. Teaming up with them.

Kicking off next month, the Coventry City of Culture Trust will launch a year-long celebration. For all the creative gems the city has to offer. Spanning events, music, dance, theatre and performance just to name a few! 

To support the ambitious and exciting project, Coventry City of Culture has enlisted the help of the region’s top creative minds and agencies. To support its live event production – and we’re over the moon to have been named as one of them. 

The UK City of Culture is a competition that runs every four years by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS). Coventry was awarded with the prestigious title back in 2017. Going against eleven other cities, before scooping the prize.  

We love to shout about what makes the Midlands the uniquely wonderful place it is. Our team can’t wait to get stuck in and support the Trust’s ambitious project. Here’s to starting the celebrations in May!
